KTC Kit Series (typical
plastic company shield) -
We have found these configurations on sale at several plastic companies that
are selling drum shields. While the price of these kits are low, there are
some drawbacks. Assembly takes around 15 to 30 minutes and the drum shield
needs to be disassembled and reassembled when moved or stored. Under
normal use the chrome hinges can loosen. We believe this occurs due to the
vibration from the music. When the Kits are repeatedly moved, the
removal and reattachment of the hinges can mar the plastic. The kit hinges
are not covered by our warranty. The KTC 5.0 x 5 is pictured.
