Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee at DrumPerfect's sole discretion.
Any product being returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition with all of the original packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards, power supplies, cords and any other accessories. We will issue credit to whichever method of payment you selected when the original purchase was made.
To Return An Item, Follow These 3 Easy Steps:
1. Request a Return Number (RN) from DrumPerfect’s Customer Service by calling (888)983-3786 . This number permits us to track your return thus ensuring prompt processing of your refund or exchange. You will also be given a shipping address.
2. Carefully package the product in its original box complete with all original packing material, manuals, and accessories, including cords and power supplies.
3. Clearly print your RN number and your name on the outside of the return packages with a bold marker. DrumPerfect.com cannot accept shipments without an RN on the Package.
Cancelation PolicyDue to the custom nature of most orders, cancelation charges may be applied.
CANCELLATIONS: If an order is cancelled either before or after it ships, a cancellation fee may apply.
